That appears to be a Carvel ice-cream truck, but not one I've seen before. Some similarity to a Grumman-Olsen Kurbside or a first-gen Chevy Stepside, but probably neither.

My mom has the blue version of that Matchbox Land Rover, still in box. Never seen the green one. It's missing a block of luggage that goes on the roof.

I should have said still *with* box. She played with it, but stored it in the box, so with her slightly gentler touch and that protection, it held up a bit better. Still got some scratches.
